DELIVERY
For in-stock pieces: Orders are shipped within 72 hours maximum (excluding weekends and holidays).
For pre-ordered pieces: There is a 15 days delay for the making of your pieces from the moment you place the order. Once the pieces are finished, they are sent to your delivery address.
All our pieces are made in Paris whether they are in stock or pre-ordered.
OUR TRANSPORTERS:
– Metropolitan France: LA POSTE colissimo, Mondial Relay, Click and collect
– Europe : Mondial Relay (when the zone is covered) , DHL or UPS
– Rest of the world: LA POSTE colissimo, DHL express
Delivery delays ( indicative information) :
– Click and collect : Come and pick up your order in our atelier/shop located at 19 rue Firmin Gémier in the 18th district of Paris! You just have to make an appointment HERE.
– Mondial Relay : 3 to 6 days
– LA POSTE colissimo metropolitan France : 2 working days
– DHL or UPS : 2 to 4 days
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
If you change your mind, encounter a problem of size or other you have a right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason, within 14 days from receipt of your piece. You have the choice between an exchange or a refund.
Returns are free! To get the return label, you just have to send an email to the following address: nathalie@rosamen-bado.com. You will receive the return label (to print and stick on your parcel) in your mailbox within 24 hours after the request.
For exchanges of pre-ordered pieces, we will need 15 extra days to make the new piece. In case there is no more fabric, we will proceed to a refund.
If you choose a refund, it will be done as soon as we receive the piece.
The pieces must not have been worn or washed and must be returned to us in perfect condition.
